Practice Areas

Since 1983, Bryan Bruner has been trying cases to verdict. In addition to his extensive experience as a trial lawyer, he also maintains a sophisticated transactional practice for business clients. Examples of Mr. Bruner's numerous lead counsel engagements in jury trials, arbitrations, and bench trials include disputes involving oil and gas, real estate, banking, noncompetition agreements, probate and trust disputes, dissenting shareholders, fraud, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and employment matters. Mr. Bruner is also frequently appointed to act as a mediator in federal lawsuits.
