Gina M. Bruner

Practice Areas

Gina Bruner has a diverse range of experience in the legal profession. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in trial and appellate matters. Her previous professional background in the accounting field provides a unique set of skills which enhance her representation in complex litigation matters. She has represented clients in lawsuits involving a broad range of issues, including oil and gas disputes, breach of contract, probate matters, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and real estate disputes.

In addition to litigation, Ms. Bruner also provides transactional and business support services for clients. These services include the formation of business entities and preparation of contracts.
