Lynne B. Frank

Practice Areas

Lynne Frank's practice focuses primarily on business and civil litigation in state and federal courts, but she also has experience handling appeals. She also has a wide range of legal experience in transactional and other matters. Transactional and other experience include preparation and negotiation of various types of contracts of oil and gas  matters for both companies and landowners, real estate sales and leases,  business formation, and general corporate governance. Ms. Frank has also helped clients successfully collect on their judgments and foreclose on both real and personal property. She has served as the Associate Municipal Judge in Azle, Texas since 2018.
